Lunch with Managers

Just came back from lunch at Paradise Inn, West Coast Plaza with a few managers. 

Super full to the brim cos Andy ordered 1 portion of rice, 1 pot of soup & 6 dishes! 
Plus 2 pc of Kung Bak Pau & 1 dessert each! 

Seafood Fried Rice w/roe -  Love the roe in the rice! A Must-order item! 

Tea-smoked Sliced Duck

Pig Intestine soup - the ingredients inside the soup! A little weird to find a chicken feet in the soup when it's Pig Intestine & Bak Kut Soup. Anyway, we find the soup a little salty & a little peppery this time.

Kung Bak Pau (**oops.. forgot to take picture of the pau). It was so good that 1 serving is not enough, we have to order 2nd serving again!

No picture of the dessert cos I was too engross in eating! 

It's not very crowded during lunch time, so the waiting time is rather short. Service here is also good. If you're around West Coast & craving for some decent Chinese food, do give them a try!
