Snipped!

When's the last time you stepped into a Hair Saloon? Mine's 9 months ago when I decided to get a perm so that I can grow out my natural curl!

After 9 months of perm, the curls are almost gone & it has become very dry & lots of them gets tangle internally & a lot of times I have to resort in snipping them off myself cos the tangle is so bad! 

Today, I finally decided that it's time to snip off all the perm!

Also did a treatment cos the hair is terribly dry & oil scalp

So here's my 100% natural curl after I snipped off the perm

Next day morning, I woke up with my super curly natural curl & I have to slightly straighten them with my straightener before leaving for work. Looks like I have to grow my fringe slowly so that the natural curl doesn't look that bad =D

Hello, Curly Hair

My hair has been getting out of hand these days & I've been thinking if I should get a perm. Why? 

This is my "out of hand" hair with the about 2-3inches of natural curl & the rest of the re-bonded hair 

People I met tells me my natural curl is not an issue, but look.. that's quite serious how my natural curl is, and it's ugly cos the rest of the hair below it is straight! 

Plus, it's at the "sticking out" stage now =(

So I decided to walk into Kimage & see if they have recommendation of any perm to compliment my natural curl cos I don't want to re-bond again. I wanna let my natural curl grow before I decide what if I shld leave it alone or perm.

The Leading hairstylist, Linda recommended this Airwave to me after accessing my hair condition

Finally after about 3 hours... ...

Tada~~ this is after blowing dry. Not sure how it'll turn out if it's air-dry.. .. 

Doesn't really looks like I perm cos of my natural perm (see my fringe)

What do you think?

Snipped & the curly wurly

Finally decided to snipped my hair short! Didn't go to uncle cos he doesn't even wanna cut an inch, so I gotta go somewhere if i really wanna cut short! Walked in to Kimage just now & told the stylist I wanna cut short. After running his fingers tru my hair, he says it's quite difficult for me to change hairstyle now cos 1/4 of it is natural curl & 3/4 of it rebond.. so I told him to do what he thinks its good lah..

and so... ...he snipped off this long frm the side & double the length from the back!

he actually suggested me perming my hair to something like this cos of my natural curl.. 

im still thinking if i shld perm my hair as suggested.. cos the natural curl on my fringe looks quite bad if I don't blow.. but scared the end result might not be like the one in the pix cos my hair is shorter! 

hmm.. anyway, will stick to this and see how it goes.. if the natural curl is really unmanageable, then prob i might perm as suggested

Then Eeling asked how my curly hair looks like... so, here it is! 

look at the part nearest to the root! not only it's curly, it has alot of stray baby hairs .. its a disastrous lah! 

and sis told me last night "wah, the back of ur hair oso quite curly"!   

this morning i tried to comb up & use some "stay hard" hairspray on it .. but by the time i reach offc, all fall down liao! Now you know why the stylist suggest I perm my hair?

Back to Bang

my "kiew mor" is happily doing the "fashion show" cos the last time i visited Peter @ Twister HGM was in Jan'10 (before CNY)... ... so it's time to get rid of them!

but he left both ends a little longer, so its not completely straight
