Won 8 packs of Complete Sauce & 1 pack of Hokkien Noodle ferm Prima Tase on Instagram hosted by baking_taitai and this is the 4th media win for Year 2024

Prize has to self-collect from Prima HQWalked over from Vivo City and just nice to burn off some of the calories from the dessert 😅

Fish Head Curry, Char Kway Teow, Fried Hokkien Noodle, Curry Prata Sauce, Vingole Pasta, Rendang, Rojak & Prawn Noodle Soup

I shall entrust all these complete sauces to the chef at home to play with it!

Le sister has started playing with some of the sauces & here's some of the dishes

Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle

Fish Head Curry

Vongole Pasta cos she found a bottle of white wine at home. But instead of using clams & spaghetti, she replaced it with prawns & fusilli cos that the only thing available in the fridge

Curry Chicken using the Curry Prata Sauce cos she keeps thinking it's Curry Chicken sauce...  but it looks like dry curry to me! haha

Unfortunately, out of the 4 dishes she cooked, I didn't even get to taste a single mouthful of it! 4 more packs of sauces left, I hope I at least get a a mouthful of something 😅

 

Evelyn's | Lunch & Hello Barry

Lunch at Evelyn's to pass some CNY goodies that I bought for her & to say hello to her new pup, Barry

Can see that he's very excited from the way he wag his tail & didn't even struggle when I grab him & put him on my lap for a neck scratch to prevent him from running out when Meredith open the gate.

After a few rounds of playing fetch. His baby black furs are slowing dropping off & revealing a shade of gold brown now
Evelyn cooked spaghetti & baked some salmon dish
First cookie I whack after lunch
I also bought some tarts for her family
But I ended up having the first piece 😂
Played with Barry for a while more, watched tv with my little friend & hitched a ride to Tampines interchange to head home while they head to hospital for visiting.

Happy 48th Birthday to ME!

As usual, first meal of the day is MeeSuah & red eggs prepared by le sister
Then I grab a bottle of bird's nest deink & still feeling unsatisfied, ate the mushroom that I dabao frm HDL last night
No plans for today but suddenly, le twinnie dated me for dinner!BBQ Box for dinnerFirst time trying BBQ Box & it was not bad. I didn't know that the plate is there just to keep the grilled items warm. I thought we're supposed to grill it ourselves & proceed to place the items on the plate nicely. It's only when le twinnie told me it's just to keep the items warm, then I immediately remove all the skewers & just put everything in a messy way 😂Thanks, le twinnie for bringing me here & for the dinnerThen we meet up with Sam for dessert at Jan Deer
Can you imagine we spent $60 just for desserts?! Le twinnie also bought me a slice of cake.
