I just follow the ingredients found on the packaging of the carrot cake
As for the Yam cake, I decided to fry them
A bit ugly looking for the yam cake is kind of frozen & not totally defrosted
Frying the chai po
Unfortunately, this frying wok is not really heating & it takes super long to fry the carrot cakes
Apart from too much chai po & fish sauce, it taste quite good lah 😂
