milkfrost's world

The brand new virtual world of Milkfrost - formally (milkfrost.multiply.com)

The reason why this blog is created is because Multiply.com is shutting down & all posts will be removed. Some posts here are back-dated from Aug 2004 - Aug 2012! I'm just doing a screen-shot & re-posting slowly cos it ain't easy to import every single photo. Therefore, only thumbnails are available for viewing, which also explains the white background & the little note at the end.

We're here for opening of Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (CBTL)'s latest outlet. They are having opening promo on 1-for-1 drinks but we were too early & thirsty when we reach, so didn't get to enjoy the offerManaged to get a picture with the boss of Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

Rock Climbing at Climb Central

Good morning, Sunday =)

Sis has got some last minute errands to run & she's bringing the boys along since the maid is off, I tag along since I do not have any program in plan
On the way to Seletar Mall to run errandsThen we had lunch at Texas ChickenDaryl lost his wallet & student ezLink card & so had to buy a standard ticket. These 2 machines at Fernvale LRT are 2 pieces of crap! Why did I say so? Cos... ...
While both machines shows that it accepts notes & coins:-

1. One machine accepts notes and it doesn't give out change. If I'm using note & my travel fare is $2.10, I would have to pay $4 (additional $1.90) cos the machine only accepts notes & will not give out change!

2. The other machine only accepts coin & will give out change, but not more than $4. If my fare is $2.10 & I have coins, why would I want waste my time to input $6 so that I can get $3.90 worth of change back?

Crap right? Zzzz... zzzz
Anyway, sis & I managed to dig out the exact amount of coin for the fare. So a wefie by Daryl while on train to Kallang Wave
First time stepping into Kallang Wave. Mall has very spacious walkway & most retail shops units are quite big, thus making the mall looks "empty"

Rested out feet at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Bought some drinks & the cute little bear. The bear is priced at $5 & proceeds goes to Singapore Children's SocietyThe boys doesn't quite like the ice blended which they choose so end up buying the bottled ice lemon teaOops.. caught doing selfieThen we went to check out the indoor Rock ClimbingThe facility is managed by Climb CentralThey do conduct classes too Registration is a must & an adult must accompany the child if he/she is above 7 but below 13While Daryl & sis is getting the climbing equipmentsMe & Damien took wefie =)The assembly point for safety briefingA short safety briefing is given to all first time climbersAll ready & set to climbDoing the trialAnd so he's ready to go on his own!
Duhz.. while accompany the son also must selfieMe & Damien.. bored! So we went Starbucks =DTired & bored.. lolAfter like 3hours or so, we went out of the mall to take a look cos Daryl is tired already =DThen went Foodcourt. Wah.. got parking lot for bicycles!Dinner was at foodcourt, which surprisingly the food not badFinally heading home after being out for close to 8 hours!
