I've been seeing this on instagram very often & wanted to try but always couldn't get a delivery slot. 

And so, I finally managed to get a delivery slot this round!

The moment I open up the cover, I can immediately smell the gula melaka & pandan flavors. It was very delicious & the crust almost melts in the mouth!I also tried microwaving it for a couple of seconds as recommended, and it was boom cos the gula melaka was like lava, very yummy!

 

Nutella Cookies

Just realize my Nutella in office is expiring next month, so I decided to bake some cookies out of it. Got this recipe from tumblr.

Ingredients:

1 cup Nutella

1/2 cup Sugar

1 cup All-purpose Flour

1 Egg

Method:

Mix all ingredients and bake at 180C for 10 mins

Egg

Add all ingredients together

Cookie dough

Ding~~ Fresh from Oven, Nutella cookies 

I find it a little sweet, so most likely will reduce the amount of sugar the next time I bake. Plus, a bit over bake for the 2nd & 3rd tray, so gotta reduce baking time next time!

Play Cheat Baking!

Cousins are in the mood of baking, so we decided to give it a try using the play-cheat ingredients but still fail on the first tray of cookies! hahaha
