Charcoal Thai & LeTara | Meet upp with BFFs

It's been a while since we met & so Cindy initiated a meet up for lunch.

We looked tru the list of restaurant and decided on Charcoal Thai because we were attracted by the winter melon steamboat which we missed since the closure of Hey Hey HotpotOk, so we went ahead. But.. ... we were at the entrance for a good 5 mins & no one attended to us. So we went in ahead & find ourselves a table & help ourselves with the menuPlaced order and went ahead to check out the ingredients availableHere comes our soup.. we opt for Laksa & Chicken soup for one pit & winter melon soup for the other, but ... ...The winter melon soup is so so much different from what it is shown on the menu! Ok, picture is just for illustration but the difference is too much lah! We weren't expecting it to be served exactly like the picture but definitely not this. The winter melon is all sliced up here! Service is also very lacking in here. Not sure if it's under-staff or what's the reason behind. Our water which is supposed to be refillable, have t be refilled ourselves over the counter. Refilling of soup also din by ourselves and we still have to pay for service charge 😡Passed by Jelly Bunny &saw these very cute Disney shoes. Sadly, these are 2 different pairs & because I couldn't decide which pair to buy, I gave up!After lunch, we went ONE15 Marina Club to give moral support to LéTara⛵️LéTara⛵️They also went Gracefully & the boys also followed Big boy with captain DarrenAfter leaving ONE15 Marina Club, the bffs head home while I head for dinner with the LéTara Family for dinner

ONE15 Turns 10 | Joyride with Anka⛵️

The twinnie won a joyride with Anka Yacht tru a Facebook contest organised by One15 Luxury Yachting in celebration of ONE15 Marina Club's 10th Anniversary and so she invited me to join her

Registration counter for the joyride, but staff mending the counter seems lost!After registration, I brought the twinnie to check out LéTara⛵️ cos we have about 10 mins to roam around plus I need to pass captain Fred his breakfastOk, time to board Anka⛵️On board AnkaOne of the owner giving a briefingLet's go check out the interior of AnkaAt the deckOops, looks like it's going  to rainNo anchoring, just cruising around St John's IslandFinally got chance to sit on the beanie cos it started raining & everyone went into shelterThen we went to check the upper deck.
