Late lunch at Chic-A-Boo. It seems like we always dine here whenever we are at Marina Square. Haha.. Somehow, the muffin seems a little smaller now
After lunch, we went over to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Marina Square cos le bff wants to say hello to an ex-staff from her company. We also went over to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Suntec City to look or this manager. I have spoken over to her for few years from her days in Pizza Hut to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and I finally met her!
Le bff wanted to go over to The Padang to look for her niece who is having a pop-up store there but decided to give the idea a miss cos if we walked over there, we will not be able to be back at Esplanade due to area here is starting to be cornered off.
Also drop by Hawker QSR at Esplanade to say hello to Peter who is on duty

Le bff made her daughter come out of the house or countdown & then told us she is planning to go back at 10.30 pm. However, after seeing fireworks teaser at 9.30 pm, she decided to stay till the clock strikes 12 am!

It was an awesome showcase of fireworks spread over an hour. Now, move our ass to catch the last train home! haha
