It seems like everyone has become baker/ chef during Circuit Breaker & I happened to come across this very simple recipe from buzzfeedtasty on Instagram, so decided to give it a try
This recipe only calls for 2 Bananas & 1 Cup of Oat
Bake it for 12 mins at 350*F
On top of that, I also added in some chocolate chips
Mash the bananas, mix in oats & the additional ingredients
I did it bite-size in order to fit into the air fryer 😄 .. and ok, this is a soft-center chewy cookie, so don't expect it to be crunchy
