Milkfrost Win | Bizen Wagyu & Salad Bar IG Giveaway

New concept opening at Bizen Plaza Singapura and they're running a contest on IG

I joined in the giveaway in support of our company but didn't expect to win

Surprisingly, le sister also won the giveaway too! 
Did a check with marketing department if staff can claim the prize and they gave permission cos winner got the correct answer. Also, I guess cos it was also picked using automated spinning wheel Initial date for the redemption was 29/7/24 and I decided to let go of the prize but opening date was changed to 31/9/24, so I can still make it! 👏
Kind of like the Japanese vibe here.They have also added some bar window seatsNew concept includes unlimited Salad Bar which has DIY salad as well as cold & hot dishes.What's lacking was desserts as there's only the usual ice-cream and a Panna Cotta.
We were also treated to a complimentary bottle of wine.Oysters Shotter was the Chef's Special Appetizer we both won from the IG giveaway. Oysters were fresh, plump & crunchy. Passionfruit dressing also compliment the freshness of the oysters.

All steak was grilled to perfection. While the red wine sauce compliments the steak well, we find the truffle sauce is a little overpowering. 
Norwegian Curd Salmon was also delish!We had an enjoyable dinner and thanks Bizen Wagyu & Salad Bar for the IG giveaway!
