Shin Yeh | Louhei w/Multiply Girls

Back at Shin Yeh for our yearly Multiply louhei cos we quite like their yusheng after trying it last year.

Just like last year, the appetizer served was bak kwa with sesame seed. You can opt out this item as it costs $5 for this small bowl.

While waiting for food, Sam shared one of this seaweed with me cos she happened to come across a kiosk at Waterway Point selling it.

This is pretty addictive & it was introduced to us by Ee Ling who bought home one whole carton! I was still jokingly asking her why she so kuazhang. After eating, I totally agree & told her she should have bought more! =D

Salmon Yusheng

Huat arh! and to many more years of louhei sessions

Can't stop thinking about the Salted Egg Fish Skin, so we ordered 2 portions of it!

Also ordered Pork Liver cos me & Sam can't stop thinking about it since our last visit

Then we ordered the CNY menu which consists of Fish Maw Soup

Spinach with Mushroom, but somehow it was being served with mini-abalones

Steam Fish

Roast Chicken

Glutinous rice

Lastly, Mango Sago Pomelo.

Food quality & taste generally stays as good as what we tasted last year

We were also given a box of pineapple tarts each after dinner as it was included in th CNY menu. Erm, actually it was supposed to be rice lah, but we were given 2 packets & so werequested for a change of item.
