The brand new virtual world of Milkfrost - formally (milkfrost.multiply.com)

The reason why this blog is created is because Multiply.com is shutting down & all posts will be removed. Some posts here are back-dated from Aug 2004 - Aug 2012! I'm just doing a screen-shot & re-posting slowly cos it ain't easy to import every single photo. Sugared Popiah Skin

Apart from frying Crabsticks, I also fried some Sugared Popiah Skin

Ingredients:
Popiah Skin
Butter *Optional
Egg White
Oil
Icing Sugar

Method:
1. Defrost the popiah skin & separate it
2. Brush it with butter (if you like), roll & stick it with egg white
3. Cut diagonally
4. Prepare oil for frying
5. Fry in small batched, till golden brown
6. Sprinkle Icing Sugar & coat
7. Store in air-tight container
