The brand new virtual world of Milkfrost - formally (milkfrost.multiply.com)

The reason why this blog is created is because Multiply.com is shutting down & all posts will be removed. Some posts here are back-dated from Aug 2004 - Aug 2012! I'm just doing a screen-shot & re-posting slowly cos it ain't easy to import every single photo. Seaweed Popiah Skin

First attempt in making Seaweed Popiah Skin

Ingredients:
Popiah Skin
Seaweed
Oil
Egg Wash (add some water into egg white)

Method:
1. Brush popiah skin with egg wash
2. Press down seaweed onto the popiah skin
3. Brush another piece of popiah skin with egg wash & press onto the seaweed
4. Cut into smaller pieces
5. Prepare oil for frying, fry in small batches till golden brown
6. Drain, cool & store in air-tight container
