milkfrost's world

The brand new virtual world of Milkfrost - formally (milkfrost.multiply.com)

The reason why this blog is created is because Multiply.com is shutting down & all posts will be removed. Some posts here are back-dated from Aug 2004 - Aug 2012! I'm just doing a screen-shot & re-posting slowly cos it ain't easy to import every single photo. Therefore, only thumbnails are available for viewing, which also explains the white background & the little note at the end.

Kam's Roast | CCSSian's Dinner

Goh initiated a dinner meet up & because Jean is going to Tangs for shopping, we decided to meet at Shaw House. Wanted to try Mui Kee Congee but we are 1 hour away from their opening time, so we ended up at Kam's Roast
Shrimp roe noodles. Springy noodles & shrimp roe is very fragrantWanton noodles for Jean's girlOnly 2 combination platter is available and we initially wanted to order Char Siew/Roast Pork & Roast Duck/Soya Chicken, but we decided to opt out the soya chicken & order the CharSiew/Roast Pork combination platter.
Char Siew doesn't have much of the charred taste and a little sweet. Personally I prefer if it is a little charred & fat. Roast Pork on the other hand tasted good but it would be better if the skin is thicker & a little more fat.
Very tender Roast Duck. Delish!Ok, let's dig in!Chocolate cake from Goh who went for baking in the morningAnd best lah.. she gave me Tokyu Banana but .... expired 12 days ago 🙈David was still hungry, so we went for dessert at McDonald's
