It's been long time since I made Top Shell!

Went NTUC just now to stock up biscuits for my mini-pantry & bought Top Shell cos it's been long time since I last made this! 

But this time the taste wasn't as good cos my smart maid can't differentiate between lime & lemon! I asked her if there is lime, she say yes. Guess what? it's lemon! Since I've already cut the chilli padi & onion, I've got no choice but to use lemon.

For those who are interested, this makes good appetizer! All you need is Top Shell, onions, chilli padi & lime. **some places put oyster sauce also..
