After the hearty breakfast with Rosalind, I head on to re-do my eyelash extension & then over to Brasserie les Saveurs at St Regis for afternoon tea with the voodoos

A picture before we start
The Grand Astor Afternoon Tea, at $53++ per person is served with one selection of tea/ coffee, on a three-tiered silver stand
On the top tier - Rapsberry Tart, Classic Mocha Eclair, Chocolate Praline, Creme Caramel with Orange Compote
Middle tier - Asparagus & Smoke Duck Quinche. According to the menu, it should be Duck Foie Gras 'Profiteroles', but to me it looks & taste exactly like some normal cream puff
Third tier - Smoked Salmon, Egg Mayo, Cucumber & Tomato
Prawns, Lobster and Tarragon Cup Pie. This is very filling, so I suggest you don't finish this if you wanna taste all the cakes from the semi-buffet table

Rosalind had Eggs Ben which taste pretty good but way too much sauce
