Yeah yeah... it's the time of the year for Birthday celebrations & the voodoos started the ball rolling
Decided to check out Mister Wu after I came across a video on FB
The brand at Chijmes is rather small and has only outdoor seating
We started off with some dim sum, which is unlimited. Items includes Truffle Xiao Long Bao, Har Gow, Mango Prawn Roll, Crispy Scallop Puff, Custard Lava Bun, Ping Pong Wonton & Bean Curd Skin
Crispy Scallop am Puff is nice & the size is just nice
Custard Lava Bun is a little disappointing as there wasn't any "lava"
We only ordered Truffle Chicken Rice under the La Mian/ Rice category
We order most items under the Speciality Meats which includes Somked Duck, Hakka Pork Chop, Honey Char Siew & Har Cheong Gai. The only item we did not order is the drunken chicken as we already had chicken rice
Char Siew is a little disappointing at it turns out to be a little tough
Seafood includes Abalone Siew Mai, Fried Oysters, Salted egg Squid, Chilli Crab with Fried Mantou & Jap Crab Meat Steam Egg
Most instagram-able & delish siew mai!
As we were quite filled to the brim already, we skipped the Yu Sheng Sashimi Porridge & dive direct to dessert
Unfortunately, only Mont Blanc & Honeydew Sago is available
Pretty good food at affordable price. Would definitely re-visit if there is a chance
