Ingredients:
4 Cups Cashew nuts
1/2 Cup Honey
2 TblSpoon Butter
3 TblSpoon Fine Sugar
Method:
1. Mix Honey & Butter, boil for 2 mins
2. Pour mixture onto Cashew Nuts & coat evenly
3. Spread on baking sheet & bake at 160*C for 20-30mins
4. Sprinkle sugar over baked nuts, toss to coat

I use Icing Sugar cos no Fine Sugar at home
Combine Honey & Butter, Boil for 2mins
Pour mixture over Cashew Nuts
Coat evenly
Spread on baking sheet
Into the oven they go!
Bake for 10mins, remove & spread 'turn' them around, bake another 10-15mins
Sprinkle Sugar, toss & store
haha.. ok, first tray slightly over-baked @ abt 35 mins!
2nd batch, baked at 25mins
*looks slightly better but the color still uneven cos I didn't turn the nuts one at a time
Mum is very likely coming on Wednesday to babysit Damien, so I shall ask how she handles the Cashew Nuts last time. Hopfully she remembers! haha
