Yippee... I'm back at HaiDiLao Hotpot {海底捞火锅} again & this time it's for Angeline's birthday celebration.

Hai Di Lao Hot Pot & Fullhouse Signature

The CCSSians meet for feasting again. Jean made a reservation at Hai Di Lao Hot Pot 海底捞火锅 weeks ago for her gathering with friends, but they couldn't make it, so we make use of the reservation to meet up. 

Since none of us didn't manage to make it on time, the restaurant gave our reserved table to the next group on waiting list. However, we were put on priority list to be seated on the next available table, but still waited for 45 mins!  

Once seated, we proceed to place order

Soup base chosen for the night = Mushroom & Tomato. Seriously, I was quite skeptical in Tomato soup, but... ... it took me by surprise. It actually taste pretty good & somehow it tasted like Minestrone =D

Lost of condiments are offered, but I'm only keen on the sesame paste & sambal. I added some preserved veggies & sesame oil to it so that it won't be that spicy

The clumsy me decided to wear the apron provided since I'm in pink

Dishes for the night as as follow... ... dishes can be ordered in half portion so that you can order more dishes. Thus, we only ordered half portion for some of the dishes

It was also EmilyL's birthday, so I bought her a cake from L'Atelier TiramiSu. I'm not a fan of TiramiSu, but I find this is nice

Oh ~ We have a complimentary fruit platter cos we're celebrating a birthday!
