I have been wanting to crochet a dress for my Labubu & finally got down to making one after talking about it for more than a month 😁
Bought this yarn hook for quite sometime already but end up don't know how to use it.
Anyway, I started on the tube with this mixed color yarn.
Changed to white for the bottom of the dress.
Looks a little short to me
So I added on another row. Contemplating to add shoulder strap but decided to remain it as a Tube Dress
Tada~~ completes in less than 2 hours
Then I realized it can double up as hat too! Many I should do a hat using either white or the mixed color yarn.
Using the crochet & stitch on the go method I found from youtube, managed to stitch 2 granny squares as I go along
Test fit and I think it looks quite nice, a little retro! Maybe I should make another one, but with a slightly thinner width.
Bought some lobster hooks from Shopee.
But turned out to be too big & the hook is quite difficult to attach
Crochet it directly onto the hook & work my way up.
Added some black onto it but somehow, I find the black part too thick.
So I reduce the black color portion.
But oops, I didn't measure it properly & end up being a little too long for the black bags that I wanna use it on.
Maybe I'll do a shorter one next time when I have the mood.

So I add my name onto it.
Here it goes ... .. customized crochet cup cozy. Using tumbler to test it out.
But sadly, it doesn't fit the cup at work cos it's of a different shape. Need to do another one that fits this cup shape.
Evelyn says she's into purple these days, so I work with both the purple I have, and using a smaller band.
Completed, but somehow feels that this looks more blue than purple
