As it is not quite cheap, Carol decided not to register Amelia for the run & just let her tag along & we had to secretly led her into the race zone
Instead of putting the blinking star on the tee, I put it on my ear. Not quite advisable thou, cos it's magnet

We thought of getting into wave #1 but end up we were in wave #2
Kitty & Daniel were out only to flag off wave #1 & they went back by the time our wave got flag off

Seriously, the race is definitely more than 5 km as when we reached Gardens by the Bay, it was already more than 3 km & the turnover point comes only at 4.5 km 
By the time we reached the finishing point, it was 6 km as per clocked on my phone walking app
Completed our run (no lah, we walk only) & yeah, off to dinner now! But ... ... I can't find my medal now :(
