OpenSnap RedMi Winner #20

OpenRice recently launched a new application called OpenSnap & they had this contest going on where you just need to post photos of your yummy food & hashtag it with #dontsayibojio & share it to Facebook or Twitter with the same hashtag (#dontsayibojio) to increase your chances of winning

I joined for the fun of it, & was surprised that I won the 20th RedMi phone even thou I did not do it faithfully on a daily basis =)The next day, I went to OpenRice office to collect the price & the lady in-charge was nice to wait close to an hour for me cos I was stuck in the jam

Oh ~~ I just got know that it's a dual-SIM phone!

As compared to S4 in the picture; size of the phone is about 13.5 cm X 6.8 cm, with about 0.8cm thickness

Not sure what should I do with the phone since I just got my Samsung S5 about few months ago and I already have an iPhone4S & Samsung S4 collecting dust at home, I asked if any of my siblings wants to take over her. SIL offered to buy it over from me, but ... ... I rejected her offer & gave it to her for free instead =)

Imperial Treasure Noodle & Congee House

Once again, I met up with OpenRicer midas400 & happybaby03 to collect our contest prize from OpenRice

I didn't have much time & eating plans, so I only manage to submit enough reviews for redemption of $20 Starbucks Card.

After collecting our prizes, we went dinner at Imperial Treasure Noodle & Congee House, ION

We were lucky to secure a table within 5 mins even though there a queue

midas400 & myself saw this Crispy Pig Intestine on the menu we decided o order it even when we have already ordered 5 dishes. It is soft yet crispy, so no regrets lah! 

Chicken with Yam in Claypot. It was simmer with coconut milk & it taste kinda wired. It taste like bur-bur-cha-cha! haha... *btw, the lady taking our orders had already pre-warned us that it tasted like bur-bur-cha-cha! 

Spinach with 3 types of egg (Egg, Salted Egg & Century Egg)

Salted Egg Squid. I had this just about 2 weeks ago during my department dinner at Tampines1 & I like it a lot. Upon my recommendation, the girls decided to give it a try. Love the soft texture of the squid & the generous amount of salted egg!

3 BBQ Combintions - Roast Pork, Roast Duck & Char Siew. All's good but  I reckon next time I will just order the Roast Pork cos I didn't have enough & can't get enough of it. Even the little girl who is with us can't get enough of the roast pork!

Once again, I was back at OpenRice office to collect contest prize (The Hungry Games) with fellow OpenRicers midas400, y_lyn & happybaby03. I only redeem $20 Starbucks Card this month cos I do not have time to submit reviews to earn enough points for higher value prizes.

After collecting our prizes, we went Ginza Bairin @ ION for dinner. They serve various traditional dishes, Kurobuta (Berkshire pig) cutlet, original Katsu bowl, Tonkatsu sandwich, and more. Concept here is similar to Mos Burger where you place your order at the counter, get a table & your food will be served to you when it is ready.

My Chicken Katsu Set comes with rice, pickles & miso soup. Chicken evenly breaded & tender.

Didn't take picture of y_lyn's Pork Katcu meal cos somehow it looks exactly the same as mine =D

We also add-on some sides like Oyster, Prawn, Scallop & Cheese

midas400 also bought the Pork Katsu Sandwich home & she is full of praise for it. Maybe I shall go tabao next time I goes ION!
