milkfrost's world

The brand new virtual world of Milkfrost - formally (milkfrost.multiply.com)

The reason why this blog is created is because Multiply.com is shutting down & all posts will be removed. Some posts here are back-dated from Aug 2004 - Aug 2012! I'm just doing a screen-shot & re-posting slowly cos it ain't easy to import every single photo. Therefore, only thumbnails are available for viewing, which also explains the white background & the little note at the end.

iSteaks | Yong Heng's Birthday

Running the monthly bank errands at Raffles Place when Karen calls me saying that she's going for lunch at iSteaks at Suntec.
Since I'm just 1 MRT stop away, I went to meet her for lunchBy the time I reached she & Yong Heng's almost done eating already, so no picture of their food. I had Salmon with brussels sprouts & broccoli. I requested for no cream sauce for the broccoli but somehow I feel the staff didn't even put in the anchovy dressing too, cos it's totally bland😅 .. I'm also surprised that you can actually choose how well you like the Salmon to be done.Agar Agar cake look prettyDidn't know it was his birthday, so ... ... Happy Birthday, Yong Heng!Molten Lava Cake. Not the best that I've eaten, but good enough. At least there's still lava flowing out even when it has already cooled down. On a side note, the manager is a little rude leh I find. When Karen called for him, he walks over & asked me for my order. When I asked for menu, he looked at me & replied "Oh, so you're not ready to order? I thought you're ready for your order!" (**Note: I just stepped in; there's no menu in front of me & if I asked for menu, obviously I'm not ready to place order right?)Then, he proceed to grab a menu & again ask me for order the next moment! (**what makes him think that I'm ready to place my order when he just passed me the menu?)   Not trying to say that my service is the best but as a manager, I feel he should be more observant & his reply when I asked for menu, it quite un-called for.
