Angela is back from her Iceland/London trip and initiate a dinner meet up cos she's craving for Chinese food. Listed a few and decided on Soup Restaurant @ Paragon
We ordered the Family Set menu for 3 pax which consist of the following items:
Double-boiled Cordyceps Flower with Chicken Soup, which somehow I find it a little sweet
Pumpkin Treasure Rice that's quite tasty with very sweet pumpkin, pork belly & mushroom
Cuttlefish with Kai Lan
Claypot Salmon. Sauce is sweet but I the fish is a little over-fried
Prawns with Ginseng Roots & Wolf berries is good with very thick soup & prawns is fresh & juicy
Samsui Ginger Chicken. Very smooth chicken & ginger is nice.
OCBC Card promo - order a Samsui Ginger Chicken, pay with OCBD card & get a dish free (Deer Meat, Salmon or Vegetable), so we choose the Black Pepper Deer Meat which is very tender.
