Happy 蛇年。。。年初十三

Salmon Yusheng - I quite like this cos not a lot of pickled vegetables & there's crispy yam in there!

We ordered small portion of Yusheng, so we don;t have to stuff ourselves silly

Half-Peking Duck. 

BBQ Combination of Suckling Pig, Roast Pork & CharSiew. Skin of the Roast Pork is super crispy! 

Baked Prawn w/Salted Egg Yoke

We then proceed to Max Brenner for some desserts

While myself & Emily Loo had Melting Chocolate Truffle Cake


While many raved about this being the BEST Lava cake in Singapore, I beg to differ. The chocolate doesn't really ooze out as I expect, but the taste is good. Honestly speaking, it's not the Best I've had, but worth giving it a try if you're feeling moody or craving for chocolaty stuff =)
