On a 3-Days Food Safety & Hygiene Level 3 Course at ITE East as this is a new requirement by the authorities!
Mala for lunch cos nothing much available at the canteen looks interestingLuckily, someone from Astons is also in the classTrying to stay awake cos had to wake up 6am & travel about 2 hrs just to get to the venue from West! While siting 8 hrs in the classroom environment can be a luxury for some people, it is a torture for me who is used to standing 10-13hrs a day.Day 2 breakfastMala for lunch againManager from Chic-A-Boo, who happened to also knows my bffThis always reminds me of the 11 Visio that I did on work-flow process when I'm at Agility, which is a total nightmare!Breakfast on Day 3, the final stressful day cos of the exam!Went to the other canteen but gheez.. only one Muslim stall is open 🙈
We have manager from Andes joining us on the last day for exam but ... ... manager from Chic-A-Boo didn't turn up 😅
And so, 5 out of 14 pax in the class are from Astons Group - Astons, Andes, East Treasure, The Ranch & Bizen 😄
One with our accessor for the examIn the mock up kitchen for part of examClass Photo Class 523X-3379 - Food Safety & Hygiene Level 3 Some photos taken by our trainer over the 2.5 days before we go for exam! One last look of ITE East!
