milkfrost's world

The brand new virtual world of Milkfrost - formally (milkfrost.multiply.com)

The reason why this blog is created is because Multiply.com is shutting down & all posts will be removed. Some posts here are back-dated from Aug 2004 - Aug 2012! I'm just doing a screen-shot & re-posting slowly cos it ain't easy to import every single photo. Therefore, only thumbnails are available for viewing, which also explains the white background & the little note at the end.

Adoption Drive on Sunday, 07 Apr 2013

Following my blog post on Adoption Needed Urgently for the 7 puppies rescued by volunteers from HOPE Dog Rescue, there will be an Adoption Drive on this coming Sunday, 07 Apr 2013

Details are as follow:

Date : Sunday, 7 April
Time : 12pm to 5pm
Venue : No. 11 Pasir Ris Farmway 2, Singapore 519326 (inside Mutts & Mittens)

The puppies are approximately 5 to 6 weeks old, 3 females and 4 males.

There is an adoption fee of $350/- , which covers 3 vaccinations, microchipping and sterilization. The puppies are too young to be vaccinated and will only be vaccinated when they are 8 weeks old. At 12 weeks old, they will receive their 2nd vaccination and microchip. At 16 weeks old, they receive their 3rd vaccination. They will be sterilized when they are 5 mths old.

The puppies are local breeds, and will grow to medium size when full grown. Please think twice before you rush down to take one home. Puppies are a handful for the first few months; they chew your furniture, they bite your shoes, they mess up your home, they cry and whine and they need to be fed many meals a day. If you don’t have the patience or time, please do not adopt. Raising a puppy is very much like raising a child, they need proper guidance and boundaries.

If you are undaunted by the above facts, then go on down

Note : These dogs are NOT HDB approved, until AVA / HDB says so

Once again, I would like to remind you that having a pet is a LIFE-TIME Commitment. Please think carefully before getting one. If you really like to have one, please ADOPT!
