It's been awhile since we diner at Latitude, ONE°15 Marina Club. Tonight we're back for dinner cos it's Nizam's 40th Birthday!
As usual, we ordered the semi-buffet for dinner
It was quite late when we reached, so the selections on the buffet table was quite messy and selections were limited
Eh, first time I see garnishing like parsley, carrot slice & lettuce on sashimi!

Ooh.. we have been here many times and this is the first time cream of mushroom is being served
I opt for Sea bass but I seriously don't understand why the chef pair the fish some kind of beans. Seriously, all 3 of us who ordered this dish, did not even eat the beans
