milkfrost's world

The brand new virtual world of Milkfrost - formally (milkfrost.multiply.com)

The reason why this blog is created is because Multiply.com is shutting down & all posts will be removed. Some posts here are back-dated from Aug 2004 - Aug 2012! I'm just doing a screen-shot & re-posting slowly cos it ain't easy to import every single photo. Therefore, only thumbnails are available for viewing, which also explains the white background & the little note at the end.

Tunglok Peking Duck | Junjun's Birthday

Lunch with the voodoos at Tunglok Peking Duck for Junjun's birthday!
Can see the chefs preparing the duck when you walk into the restaurant.Mel brought along Hansel. We haven't seen him since he's a couple of weeks old. Can't remember the name if this starter but the veggie is damn crunchy!Ribs was very tenderLuckily restaurant automatically add on 1 Peking duck to our reservation cos it didn't cross our mind to reserve 1 duck, taking for granted that it will be available for order off the shelf! Chef slicing up the duck right in front of diners!Way of cooking is slightly different here compare to other restaurants. Here they do not have much balance of meat available for frying it with noodle cos 80% of the duck meat is being removed for direct consumption, Balance of the 20% are mostly the parts near the bones, so we choose to just stir fry with salt & pepper. TofuAsparagusEefu noodleFinally a full attendance of 6 ladies. It's been a long time.DessertsI bought s slice of cake for JJ & Ivy also requested for longevity buns from restaurant Happy Birthday, Junjun & may everything goes smoothly for you, for the rest of the year.Coffee break at Dal Komm after lunch I also bought JJ a mini bouquet of colorful preserved baby breath from Le Fleur Chef's popup booth.
