Been wanting to try Menbaka Fire Ramen but queue has been snaking long since they open. I was lucky enough to reach before lunch time to be able to get a seat without having to wait for long
Once seated, you will be invited to sit at the noodle bar counter to watch the staff fire your ramen
Video & picture will be done by the staff for safety reason
Ramen was good but I find the spicy ramen could be spicer.
Aside from that, the service staff should have inform customers that there is a 60-min limit (There wasn't any signages up about the 60-min limit too) for all dine in. I was rushed to finish my food 5-min before the allocated time frame was up! 😑
