The Nation finally snaps out Circuit Breaker and into Phase2.
Being in Phase2 means we no longer need to stay home and can meet friends without being charged! Most of us can also resume work and social gathering is now allowed, but cap at 5 pax. But well, better not nothing. At least, life is slowly resuming to a New Normal
First person I meet up for dinner is le bff cos I have not met her since mid Feb!
