It's another day-trip out to Batam!
Travelling by Majestic Fast Ferry again cos Kogu pre-bought a whole stack of tickets 
Main reason for our day-trip to Batam is for the grand opening of Yuzu sushi & boutique restaurant
When we're there, the praying has already been done
Bento set was served to all guests that came for the grand opening
As well as some sushi
The monk was still around and he's blessing the water fountain after the praying session

Then we went on to Kazu, the mother restaurant
With the owner of both Kazu & Yuzu
Then the lady boss brought us to Konad Nail & Beauty Salon
The first time after 8 years into her marriage, she's doing manicure & pedicure
Whaha.. the girls had a hard time removing dead skins from my foot 
Since I have a wedding lunch coming up, I opt for gold & flowery
Then we went for dinner at Batam Palace Restaurant
Clams in Chinese wine with wolfberry
Sweet & sour pork
Sambal Kangkong
Salted egg yolk sotong
Roast duck; tender meat & crispy skin. Initially we ordered half a duck but it was so good we ordered the other half
Crab meat soup

Because dumpling festival is just round the corner, the restaurant owner gave us 2 dumplings as dessert.
Watermelon shaped like a tree so it doesn't dirty your face when you eat
Heading back home after a satisfying dinner. Supposed to be back by Majestic Fast but because the next available ferry is about 2 1.5 hrs later, we bought new tickets to be back by Sindo Ferry which is scheduled to leave in 30 mins time
