Belated Birthday treat from Carol & Charlene. Didn't really have any place in mind for dinner, we ended up at Serenity Spanish Bar & Restaurant

We ordered a Sangria each

Sangria De Original (White Wine, Gin, Brandy, Orange Liquor, Juices, Lemonade) is rather bland except for the strong flavor of Gin & Brandy

Sangria De Original (Red Wine, Gin, Brandy, Orange Liquor, Juices, Lemonade) is just like the one with White Wine, is also a little bland except for the strong flavor of Gin & Brandy

Sangria Pantera Rosa (Red Wine, Raspberry Schnapps, Mixed Berries, Mint, Tonic) is fruity but a little sour

We also take this belated birthday dinner as Christmas meet-up for gift exchange. Coincidentally, both Charlene & Carol bought the same item, but in different sizes & scent

We ordered the Quarter Spanish Suckling Pig Platter @ $168++

The Spanish Suckling Pig, marinated with herbs & wine roasted to golden crispy skin. Meat is tender & juicy & the skin is very crispy

The platter also comes with Ham, Turkey Breast, Stuff fillings & some greens

Potato ball taste pretty normal

We also ordered Arroz Negro $68.80 (Black squid ink paella) Squid ink, squid, tiger prawns, capsicum, rice

The rice is soft, squid ink is very sweet & the ingredients are fresh.

Apart from the drinks that taste a little bland, the food quality & taste is good. Service staffs here are also very friendly. However, it is not very pocket friendly as 3 of us spent about $325

Ashton had Grass Jelly in Vanilla sauce & Vanilla Ice Cream

Carol's Sweet Ball & Sweet Potato Ginger Soup

Baked Mashed Taro Sago Pudding is good. Sweet & soft

Grass Jelly with Watermelon is totally bland.
