We had a super tiring but FUN day at USS yday.. thanks to a friend who is serving her one-month notice in Universal Studios, i got my tix @ 30% off... and kids below 4 is free! heehee
sis decided to bring Daryl's pram just in case he gets too tired.. and luckily we bring along lor.. cos the boy wakes up at 6am, running & jumping ard the min he steps into USS @ 10.15am.. and by 4pm, all his energy burnt out liao.. the moment he sits on the pram, he falls asleep for abt an hour! .. the pram also doubles up as our "trolley" for all the "shopping bag".. haha
Shrek 4D adventure was good & Daryl even went for the junior roller coaster at in Far Far away .. not very high, but the speed was rather fast for a 3+ year old kid..
live water show at Water world was really good! we were kind of wet cos we're seated at the splash zone.. but oso good cos the weather was so hot!
Revenge of the Mummy ride was the best ride so far.. and the show at Lights, Cameras, Action Hosted by Steven Spelberg was good too!
didnt get the chance to dine at Mel's drive-in as planned.. missed Goldilocks too .. kids wanna eat hotdogs, so we ate at Fossil Fuels.. feels cheated lor! they din tell me that the kid's meal lunch box was out of stock & will be replaced by landyard! it was only when i got the landyard, then i realize it! damn.. if i had known earlier, i wouldn't have buy the kids meal lor..
weather was kind of HOT frm 10am-4pm.. but at least it didnt rain! heng...thanks to the pram, Daryl managed to pull tru till 8.30pm after sleeping on it for abt an hour!
but overall, it was FUN! nxt visit will be a day w/out Daryl.. then can get more rides covered
