Kichi Kichi Rotary Hotpot.. the latest hotpot place in town! 

got to know this new hotpot place from inSing.com, so we decided to change our dinner venue from Carousel to here.. 

Food taste: Good! signature mushroom broth & prawn soup was nice; Tom yum taste exactly like it was being boiled using knorr tom yum cube

Food variety: Good! but becos we're seated at the end of the conveyor belt, not much variety left when the food reach us

Service: They have very friendly staffs

Efficiency: HUGE room for improvement.. 

• we waited 30mins for our soup & drink to be brought to our table, but the drink came without glass of ice; 
• orders were screwed up when order for table 3 went to table 4, and order for table 4 went to table 3.. same incident happen to table 1 & 2; 
• waited for another 10mins for them to bring us the glass of ice for the drink;
• no one came to top up the soup, we ended up doing it ourself since the soup refill is just behind us;
• table talker for chocolate hotpot was on the conveyor belt, but when we wanted to order, we were told that they dun have cos its a controlled item.. 

but the staff was quite apologetic against the disappointment, and offer us a complimentary chocolate hotpot the next time we're there
