I had my first encounter with air fryer 2 years ago & I finally gave in  and bought one from Qoo10 when I saw this deal at $98 from seller Home Revolution

Without any delay, crabsticks on the way! 

Airfried them at 20 mins, 180*C, stirring them inbetween

I also tried a batch with Lemon & Pepper seasoning. Pretty good =)

Retail Therapy!

Went LOT1 after work today with the objective of buying a house-warming gift for the bff, a gift for Heeran's meet-the-folks session, & a loaf of bread for tomorrow's breakfast. However, I ended up buying more than what I need!

so what did I end up buying? 

While buying a loaf of bread @ Cheers, 

I also bought 4 packets of ready-to-eat sausages!

Bought a Super cute Spongebob Sandwich Maker from Courts for the bff's house-warming on Sunday. 

This super cute sandwich maker makes bread with Spongebob smiling at you! 

Bought a light detector with sound from Kiddy Palace for Heeran's meet-the-folks session, 

which is also on Sunday.

Freshly Squeezed Apple Juice!

Lunch in office today ended with a cup of freshly squeezed orange cos there's a lot of oranges in the fridge due to yearly 7th month praying. Halfway tru sipping the orange juice, Vivian mentioned maybe we should try squeezing apple juice with my $10 manual juice squeezer (picture below)! 

Then Yanyin says: "I have an apple in the fridge, you girls can try"

without waiting, Vivian took out the apple, cut into half & started squeezing!

tadaa~~~ 

Success! Managed to squeeze some juice out of the apple! 

Replacement Day

Knob for the conventional oven has been dangling there since Jan'12 & it finally came off when I was toasting CP Hot Wings last night.

and this oven-microwave is out of order for more than 2years but yet she is still siting on top of the cabinet! 

so since I'm getting a new oven with proper temperature dial setting, I decided to get a new microwave too! 

I also bought a cheap bread toaster, but later realize there's one at home! 

and... since I'm at the household department, I also bought a new multi-plug which comes with a free multi-2-pin plug to replace the current one.. 

also bought a usb fan so that I won't feel hot while working on the lappie!
