And we finally tried the legendary 60 hr aged duck (3 day advance order)!

2 years ago when I tried to order duck at the other branch, the manager replied "鸭不是你要点就有的咯“ .. it was only after hatting with the staff, then we realized that duck need to preorder 3 days in advance. 

Anyway, it didn't really leave a good impression on me and I think I'll rather go to either the Paradise Group or even Dian Xiao Er

Birthday dinner for the teenage friend at East Treasure Chinese RestaurantThe moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with lots of roasted ducks hanging in the cabinets that looks damn appetizing. However, when we were placing our order, we're told that it's not available. When I questioned on the availability, answer from the manager was "it's not available for anyone, anytime." 😒

It was only when any lady who came to our table informed us that as it's Aged Duck, there is a requirement to make a reservation 3 days in advance. Ok, reasonable lah.. but the manager should at least tell us nicely rather than being so sarcastic about it.

Crispy eggplant is pretty good.Chilled Spicy CucumberMy main intention & the only dish that I wanted to try is the Crocodile Soup which many people have been raving about it. Meat was tender & the herbal flavor in the soup was pretty strong.Broccoli w/PrawnsSweet & Sour PorkFried ChickenTofu w/mince PorkGolden Tofu which I feel it's totally bland.Prawn RollFried NoodlesRed bean pancake, but is it normal to be served without sesame or they just run out of sesame?Desserts are also not quite impressive.

Apart from the Crocodile soup, which is a hot favorite on the table, the rest of the dishes doesn't carry any wow factor. 

I might not be back again, but if I do, it's probably only to try the aged duck which many has been raving about it too. Maybe for the crocodile soup too.

Utilized our staff voucher (now I'm wondering if the manager is being hostile cos we're using staff voucher) for part of the payment.
