Fever Cough & Flu | Sick

One week after the swollen eye, I started to get some dryness in the throat, so I started drinking this on 27/7/23

Then fever broke on Friday night before going to bed but it's gone on Saturday morning, so I went to work as usual. Fever again broke out in the evening.
On Sunday since I'm at home, I tried to self-medicate the entire night & the fever subside on Monday morning before going to work.
The same issue happened again. Fever broke out again on Monday night & subside on Tuesday morning
Tried eating soup & porridge the past few day but the fever came again on Tuesday night

Still running fever on Wednesday (5th day) morning & finally gave up on self-medicating & went to doctor for proper medication & MC
Sweets for the next few days
Not sure if Mitu knows I'm sick or he's just bored cos sis is not home, he slept throughout 2 full afternoons (Wednesday & Thursday) with me! 😇
Food for the sick 😔Fever subside on Friday noon but came back again late at night & the condition continues all the way till Tuesday! Close on 10 days on/off fever & the cough persisted for close to 3 weeks. Even till now there's still occasional cough due to the phlegm,

What a big National Sweet! 😁After her missions, we head over to The Marmalade Pantry for late lunchKimchi Fried Rice w/Sirloin & onsen eggs is quite good. I also added on some mushrooms. The only regret is that I should have chosen rare for the steak instead of m.rare as the pan is very hot & by the time I eat the last piece of meat, it has become almost well done.Seafood on Midas's pasta is huge & it's al dante Pandan Gula Melaka Cake 👍👍

Happy hour at Astons first while we wait for CarolDinner at Poulet cos Adeline is craving for Truffle Cabonara.Ribeye was nicely done & brussels sprout is very delish!French Toast pretty good!

Workplace Safety & Health For F&B L3 | On Course

Was scheduled to go for Workplace Safety & Health For F&B L3 by the company as this is a new requirement by the government. 

Luckily all the other 6 course mates are within the same company & I happened to know 3 of them
We had fried noodles for tea break on the first day!Lunch time situationNoon tea break 😅
Day 2
Tea break, and we're pretty sure the training center forgot to place order for our class cos all other classes received fried noodles at 10.15am while we waited & waited. When we went to check at 10.30am, we were told that it's on the way & when it finally came at 10.45am, it was just peanut butter jam sandwich & the bread feels somehow stale.Lunch time situation "Exam" time!While waiting for the trainer to mark our assessment as well as tea break

The course was not that bad except that the trainer is full of himself. Bragging about how highly educated he is, how much salary he earns, what kind of high positions he held in all the companies he worked, how much money he invested & how much money he lost, blah blah blah ... but that's not all! 

The total turn off point is when he starts telling the class about how lowly educated is his wife, how his wife only needs to stay at home all her life to take care of the family & spends useless time on social media now, blah blah blah... Nothing is good about his wife now & he's thinking if he should get a divorce!

WTF?! Yes, he might have earned good money so that his wife can be a SAHM but come on.. .. if she is not willing to sacrifice, how on earth is he able to go get himself so much education & now he's complaining abt her! 

Totally no respect for people like him!
