Arteastiq Tea Bone China - 鴻*食藝 (Hong Shi Yi)

It's the Multiply girls' Birthday Celebration again and venue for this month is at Tea Bone China by Arteastiq. We have 2 birthdays in Nov - Wendy & Angeline

Arteastiq Tea Bone China is yet another dining concept developed by Arteastiq Pte Ltd which successfully infuses tea with food as well as art to complete the entire Arteastiq experience

The concept of Tea Bone China is inspired by the luxurious experiences of olden-day Chinese merchants who used to lounge in the garden and sip tea while watching birds singing. This Shanghainese-styled afternoon tea concept has proven to be very successful among many customers who appreciate the fine fusion of Arteastiq’s signature teas range with traditional Shanghai and Guan Dong dim sum delicacies

Table setting

Beancurd skin salad $3 was served at every table. Delicious beancurd skin tossed with vinegar, chili oil and shredded cucumber

Iced Mint Tea $4.5 is refreshing.

8 Treasure Tea $4.5 (unlimited hot water refill) is bland initially but becomes very sweet when the ingredients are fully infused.

Sam  requested that I help to buy 2 slices of Birthday cake from TCC for the birthday girls, but I ended up buying from Medzs cos they look prettier than those displayed at TCC. Surprisingly, both the cake taste pretty good besides looking good

Truffle Chocolate $6.5

Salted Caramel Cheesecake $6.5

The 2 Birthday Girls - Wendy & Angeline

Jayden is so hungry he dig into his fried rice the moment it's placed on the table!

Fried rice w/crabmeat, dried scallop & egg white $16.90. A little pricey  and it sure doesn't look impressive, but amazes us with rich flavors of crabmeat and savory dried scallops.

Chicken Char Pastry $4.90

Dim sum dishes are served in custom made wooden steamers

Prawn dumpling $4.90 Skin was thin and prawn filling was fresh and crunchy

Custard & Salted egg yolk buns $4.90 It was really good. Buns are soft and fluffy; as for the filling, by looking at the picture, I reckon I do not have to go into details

Shanghai Xiao Long Bao $7.90 is another must-try dish with juicy marinated minced pork. We were all surprised with the amount of broth in there

Crispy mango prawn rolls w/ sesame seeds $4.90

Twelves beauties 金陵十二钗 $25.90  with impressive presentation consists of 6 pairs of the restaurant's signature dim sum.

Sesame glutinous rice dumpling

Crispy wanton

Baked Lotus Paste Pastry - I didn't try this thou

Chicken wrap - I find this taste rather weird.

Prawn Dumpling & Custard & Salted egg yolk buns taste as good as those we ordered ala carte

Geok Ping's homemade Carrot Cake is full of ingredients!

Last but not least, Lychee Tea $11 is refreshing & sweet!

As usual, group picture before we leave. 1 of it is from my camera & the other 2 is from Wendy & Angeline, but I really couldn't remember which picture is from who, so I posted all the 3! =D
