Another round of birthday celebration with Sam, nut this time is with Wendy. This year, Sam choose Corner House, Botanic Garden.

Menu. All of us had the Business Luncheon but while Sam & myself goes for 4-course, Wendy goes for 3-course

My 4-course lunch started with Japanese kingfish tartare. 
While Sam's started with Foie Gras
Followed by Soft shell crab tempura. Wendy's 3-course started with this as well, but with a bigger portion
My main is Atlantic cod
Wendy's M4 Australian Wagyu beef
Sam's Duroc pork jowl
Lastly, desserts
Japanese cucumber sorbet.
