The Clifford Pier ~ Tea w/Bffs

Yoohoo ~~ it's a beautiful Saturday afternoon for tea with the bffs! Well, we're supposed to meet for dinner the day before, but Charlene couldn't make it, we changed it to afternoon tea session

I was slightly early for the tea session, so walked around The Fullerton Bay HotelI managed to make a reservation at The Clifford Pier via Chope one day before for this Heritage afternoon tea session =)Some wefie while waiting for our foodIced bandung is pretty good. Very refreshing; not too sweetChilli crab mantou & Kurobuta pork kong bak bao was served separately. Chilli crab meat is quite chunky but sauce is a little sweet for my liking. Kurobuta pork kong bak bao is good. Soft bun, well marinated & tender. A little too "fatty" for them thou =DLittle girl loves the kong bak bao tooWhen we're done with both the items, we were being served the other itemsPlain scones & tropical fruit scones on the top tierTier 2 includes Kueh Pie Tee, Mini Po Piah Wrapped in Nonya Egg Skin, Nonya Chicken Curry & Roti Jala Wrap, Bak Kwa Finger Sandwich, Hae Bee Hiam Sandwich & Otak SandwichBottom tier. Apart from the Pandan Swiss Roll, Bandung Macaron & Hainanese Kaya Bun, the rest of the items are not impressiveAll items are refillable, thus we refilled a few items which we preferred.After stuffing ourselves silly, I change my drink & ordered a pot of Earl GreyWhile Amelia & Charlene self entertained themselves with gadgets, both myself & Carol wefie =DWhile making reservations, I also requested a slice of cake for Carol since we're celebrating her birthday in advance =)Happy Birthday, Carol ~ my bff; my lesbian =)Few more wefies before we partWhile walking down to Chinatown with Carol & daughter, we came across swings & old-school benches at Raffles Place, so took a few photos with itChatting with the bff under the tree brings back memories. Thank you for appreciating me for the past 19.5 years & I hope the number gets bigger!
