Janice bought a deal from Groupon: $19 for $50 Worth of Western Cuisine at Skive 43 Rooftop Bistro & Bar and asked if I wanna meet up since the last time we meet was more than 5 years ago.
While walking Dickson Road, I saw this building which somehow I find the design on the outer building quite strange.
It's not easy to find Skive 43 as it is a Rooftop Bar. There isn't any directional sign or anything, thus I walked past the building without even realizing it! U-turn back & finally the place. It's at rooftop of Lofi Inn. The building is located at the junction of Dickson Road & Perak Road. To get to Skive 43, you will need to enter via Lofi Inn & take a lift up to level 4
The moment you step into Skive, a huge jacuzzi is seen, but I doubt this is in operation cos the it's very dirty

We ordered a bucket of 5 Heinken for sharing
Spicy Top Shell - Quantity of top shell is quite little & it's all chopped into quite small piece. It comes with lots of lettuce & huge raw onions
Warm mushroom salad comes with lettuce, tomatoes & few types of mushroom. A little bland
Mango Smoked Duck Pizza is nice thou. Smoked duck with mango, diced tomatoes & capsicums. Pizza dough is pretty crispy

Honey glazed pork belly is crispy & sweet
Cheesy Fries (I didn't try thou)
Mid joint wing is crispy, not over-fried
The one last item is listed as luncheon meat but it was served with crispy tao-pok in rojak dressing
and so... ... this is Janice, my "long lost twin". When we're working in McDonald's, many people thought we're sisters! Do we look alike?
It's a pretty nice place for chill-out but as I mentioned, it's located at rooftop, so be prepared to be caught in the rain!
