TCC, Marina Bay Sands

The many impromptu dinners landed the Evil Sisters at TCC, Marina Bay Sands branch & we're utilizing Fiona's 50% Birthday e-voucher today! Surprisingly, the restaurant is only about 20% occupied on a Monday evening. However, there is only 1 serving staff and we have to help ourselves to filling up our ice-water

We ordered some sides for sharing

Tuna Tataki Salad - Nothing to rave about

Kimchi Prawn Salad - Somehow it doesn't taste quite the same as the one we had previously

Spicy-hot Wings - This is good. Crispy & slightly spicy on the outside, tender & juicy inside

We also ordered Seared Tofu & Smoked Mushroom Mix & Mentaiko Shrimp Martini, but both were Out Of Stock!

Pan-fried Salmon w/ Citrus White Wine Sauce - Taste normal but the sauce is slightly buttery. Salmon is also slightly over-cooked

Crisp-club Sandwich - One look can tell that the bread is over-toasted!

O'bello Cheesy Eggplant - No complains from Fiona, so I reckon it should be ok

Pan-seared Chicken Breast w/ Shogayaki Sauce - Sam & Theresa, both says its good.

We also ordered desserts for sharing

Pinana Landing - The cake is a little dry 

Apple-art Parfait - Fiona the silly girl ordered something with wine again when she can't take anything with alcohol

Devil-misu - I didn't try this, but the girls confirmed that it doesn't taste nice.

Meanwhile, while waiting for the food, I "ran" over to Au Chocolat at the other end of the building just to get my hands on these desserts!

Kalamansi Meringue Tart - Love the sourness of the Kalamansi & the sweetness of the Meringue, which blends well when eaten together!

S'More - which is still siting in the fridge cos too full from today's lunch to eat this

Cookies & Cream Brownie. Is it also still siting int the fridge, but I has a bite of it when Ivy ordered the last time, so I would say it tastes quite good!
