Kenny Rogers Roasters

Met up with Evelyn cos she wanted to loan my Instax mini for her upcoming diving trip. Went to SCAPE to look for Instax film but the shop is yet to open, so we went for late lunch.

Settle on Kenny Rogers at Somerset313 cos the last time I had in Genting, it wasn't very nice.

They are no longer the having the "self-service" concept.

Interesting light

Complimentary Corn muffin were served the moment we were seated. Soft & not too dry. Can also feel bits of corn inside. While I find the taste ok, Evelyn finds it a little sweet

I had the Ribs & Chicken Combo with steam vegetables & mashed potato. While the chicken is nicely roasted; tender & juicy, the ribs are disappointing. It is hard & dry

Evelyn had the Ceasar Chicken Pita with potato salad & corn. This is also a disappointment. Shredded chicken is very dry; potato salad with too much mayo & the corn is a little buttery.

We went back to SCAPE to check out the films again. Didn't find anything she like, so we continue shopping and bought few pairs of shoes from Rubi.

Rested our feet at Tsukiji Gindaco & I remembered Wendy recommended this Takoyaki with Egg. I couldn't resist the temptation, bought a tray with 8pc and force Evelyn to share with me =D

It is hot & crispy on the outside; piece of tako in the ball is big. Paired with egg mayo.. yummy! However, the flakes were quite little

I also went to few places to check if they change battery for Omega but all failed! In the end, I send it back to Omega for changing of battery & it's gonna take at least 2 weeks!

Back home, sis cooked steak for dinner!
