Super Easy Recipe - SUPER MANGO!



Ingredients:
2 Cups     Orange Juice
4 Cups      Diced Mangoes (ripe)

Blend 2 Cups orange juice and 2 Cups ripe diced mangoes.

Pour the mixture into a large glass and stir in the remaining 2 Cups diced mangoes.
Enjoy the smoothness & thickness of smoothie through your throat!


Orange is a good source of minerals and provide us with high Vitamin C content that helps in absorbing calcium into the body and maintaining our teeth and bones healthy. The nutritional value of orange also helps us to keep our skin smooth and clear, helps in our constipation and indigestion.

Mango is a great source of anti-oxidants to make you look younger and iron to relieve anaemia. It is also suitable for diabetes.
