Blueberry Muffin

Baking the "play cheat" muffin again cos the other time sis bought 2 boxes of the Betty Crocker Mufiin Mix & I only used up 1 box.

Cool~ this comes with a small can of Blueberry as well! 

All you need is 1/4 cup of Vegetable Oil

3/4 cup of Milk. Since I don't drink milk, I replace it with Soyamilk

2 Eggs

Mix Vegetable Oil, Milk & Egg together

Stir in Betty Croker Muffin Mix till lumpy

Add in the Blueberries

Fill 2/3 of the muffin cup

I add in some chocolate chips for mine

Bake at 425F (219C) for 16-21 mins. 

*I bake them for 25 mins cos after 20mins, the inside is still wet. 

Probably cos the muffin cup is slightly big
