Big Fish Small Fish | Dinner w/Bff

Supposed to meet le bff yesterday but she wasn't feeling quite well, so we meet up today instead
The last time we met, she wanted to try Big Fish Small Fish but nt her hubby & daughter, so we ended up having buffet. Since we're alone this time, we decided to give it a tryApart from Chili sauce, they have 8 other sauces available and best of all, it is free flow! We gave a couple a try & concluded that the Salted Egg Sauce is the best, followed by Curry. Peanut sauce & Habanero Pickle taste kind of weird, probably goes better if its paired with Salad. Spicy Thai is pretty spicy & goes quite well with SalmonFish was fresh; potato crisps are not as crispy with some are not even fully cooked & salted egg calamari is the best!

Diwali 2019

Happy Diwali!
Due to me being back to irregular working timing, I did not manage to go to Patti's house on the actual day but still manage to get too Kogu's house for the early affairOmg! For the first time, this guy is earlier than me!Before Patti left, she always insisted in making Murukku for the family & Zhenni managed to pick up the skill a couple of years ago. This year, she decided to carry on Patti's tradition to make Murukku for family & close friends. So yes, the usual gangNot the usual home-cooked food by Patti, but it was still goodAlmost complete group except for Rafi who is in Korea for holiday & Irene in Indonesia for trainingThe little one is somehow very emo, but still entertains me with my wefie requestThe usual after makan activityHaha.. the little one even gave me & Irene a cute penWoohoo~~ at the end of the game, won $90!Apart from the cookie & murukku, Zhenni also gave me 2 packs of colorful pen which the boys bought back from school
Once again, thanks Kogu & Jenny for hosting us!
